What would be a better way to start writing a blog than summing up one's short-time goals.
Until the year turns to 2019, I want to
- Run Stockholm Halfmarathon in mid-September. Tickets, flights and company are booked already. Run-time target < 2.00 hrs which should be realistic since my PB was 2.05 year earlier.
- Try trail running. New shoes should arrive next week. No thank you for any ankle injuries.
- Adopt a training program conducted by a professional. I had a running condition evaluation a week-or-something ago to find out right heartbeat training levels for me, finally.
